DISABILITY AND TRAINING

OUR TRAINING MODALITY BY MODALITY

Our center, installed in an old Parisian building, is not yet able to accommodate people with reduced mobility. However, we can adapt the pedagogy to visually impaired or hearing impaired people participating in our face-to-face training.

As regards videoconferencing and e-learning training, they are accessible to participants with reduced mobility equipped with a sound computer, a webcam and an internet connection. Unfortunately, they are not yet suitable for the hearing or visually impaired.

CERTIFICATIONS AND DISABILITY

Most of our certification partners offer possibilities of adaptation during the passage of certifications. In synergy with them, we guide and adapt the sessions as best as possible to offer learners with disabilities the best possible solution:

TOEIC: ETS GLOBAL has a handicap mission. Most of their centers are accessible to people with reduced mobility. There is now for the CPF the TOEIC in autonomy that you can take at home. For the visually impaired or hard of hearing, there are several possible adaptations: additional time, printing of the booklet in A3, possibility of being assisted or of only passing the oral comprehension part …
TOSA: the test can take place on site and benefit from additional time. It cannot yet be adapted for the hearing and visually impaired.
BRIGHT: the test can take place on site and benefit from additional time. It cannot yet be adapted for the hearing and visually impaired.
LILATE: it can take place on site with an examiner who can adapt the format to the person with a disability.

WELCOME TO DISABILITY

All the administrative staff of Capital Formations have followed awareness training in welcoming people with disabilities. Far from being sufficient, it allows us to have a fresh look on the subject and to be more attentive.

THE CPF AND THE HANDICAP

Like any private employee, people with disabilities can accumulate rights to the Personal Training Account (CPF).

A person of at least 16 years old admitted to establishments and services for assistance through work (ESAT) who has concluded a support and assistance through work contract, has a personal training account.

As of the funding for the year 2019, the annual credit amount of the Personal Training Account (CPF) is increased to 800 euros per year of full-time or part-time admission (instead of 500 € ), within the limit of a total ceiling of 8,000 euros) for people with disabilities.
